After you complete the account purchase, your space will be created on our
servers immediately. Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with your IP,
user name, password and DNS information. The user name and password are used to
log in to the control panel or cpanel of your web space. If you know what to do
with this information, your ready to go. If not read the steps below.

If you purchased your domain with
your web space it will take 24-48 hours until you domain points to your web
space. This is call DNS propagation. Don't worry you can get started right away
by loading your site to the IP address listed in your welcome email. You can
also log in to your cpanel to set up e-mail accounts and start customizing all
of your website features. Your control panel is located at
http://yourIP/cpanel
or after propagation at yourdomain.com/cpanel.

If you already own a domain and
wish to point it to the new space on our servers, you will need to contact the
current domain registrar or log in to their website. You will need to tell them
or input the new DNS information that you received in your welcome e-mail.
Current DNS should be:
ns183.websitewelcome.com
ns184.websitewelcome.com
Once again it will take 24-48 hours until your domain points to your new space.

To view your site before DNS
propagates use your IP. (http://yourIP/~yourusername/)
Don't forget the dots in your IP and the ~ before your user name and the
/ after.
How
do I log-in to the control panel?
Your control panel is located at
http://yourIP/cpanel
or after propagation at yourdomain.com/cpanel.
Use the user name and password that was sent to you
in your welcome e-mail when prompted.
In the control panel you can set up and configure e-mail accounts, manage
files, view website stats, install Front Page extensions as well as add and set
up dozens of site additions like chat rooms, bulletin boards and many other
custom website features. All of your account and server information is listed
here too. You can see stats on disk space, bandwidth, e-mail accounts and
domains. The versions numbers of the various applications running on our servers
are also listed here. Many of the applications you can add to your site have
some instruction listed right in the control panel and links to their
author's/publisher's website. Get your site up and running and then explore some
of these fabulous applications.
